It's been a couple of months, so I figure I should post something. How about some poetry? I've never been a fan, but recently a friend has turned me on to how helpful it can be. This is a spew, as I like to call it, that I thought of while at work:
What I want
I want to be done.
I want time.
I want to know the future.
Do I have time for that?
I want answers.
I want my motorcycle to not be broken,
especially since what I want most is to go for a ride;
clear my mind.
I don't want more questions.
I want money
and love.
I want to forget the past.
Can I afford that?
I want to be better.
A better husband.
A better friend.
A better father.
I want to be a father,
not just
a babysitter.
I want to begin.
And,
I want to begin,
again.
